Control & Oversight
No. You keep your number and your workflow. Every booking the AI creates (or edits/cancels) is visible in your dashboard, and you can override anything at any time.
Definitely. Opening hours, party-size limits, buffer times, manual-approval windows, blackout dates – everything is configurable. The AI follows your rules and asks for approval when it’s outside them.
Safety & Privacy
Yes. We’re GDPR-compliant, log the absolute minimum needed, and never use your data for model training across customers.
EU data centers. Backups are encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3).
Reliability
We fall back to clarification. If conversational quality drops below a certain threshold, the call is forwarded to a staff member.
Fail-safe routing is engaged: calls forward to your staff after a set amount of seconds/attempts. You stay reachable.
Practical
No new hardware will be necessary. You can keep your number (forwarding) or use a separate dedicated line. Both take only minutes to set up.
Onboarding and setup typically take around 1–2 days.
English, Dutch, and German at launch. More can be added based on demand.
Pilot pricing is strongly discounted and month-to-month. Tell us about your venue and we’ll match the plan. No contractual long term commitments; cancel anytime monthly.
At the moment we’re still looking at final pricing tiers for the ‘after-pilot’ phase. Early partners and members help set the price and are granted a locked lifetime discount for their help in development.
